Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March, 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant as well as Joseph William Stone 2nd, a former tool and die maker as well as a factory worker. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone was in second grade at five years old. She was considered to be academically gifted. Saegertown School situated in Saegertown Pennsylvania was her high school. She graduated in 1975. A winner of Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of her first Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt in 1977 to pursue a modeling career, signing up with the Ford Modeling Agency within a month. Stone soon moved to Europe, spending a year living in Milan and Paris. Stone was however dissatisfied in Europe with the modelling industry and opted to go into acting. Stone appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" when he was twenty. The film was met with mixed reactions.
